1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery, strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The outer packaging is tampered with or significantly damaged in transit.

Important: A clear and complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Have all seals, tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be accompanied by a valid order ID or proof of purchase.
  • Be returned in the same packaging as received.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Personal care and cosmetic items such as:
    • Shampoos, conditioners, body cleansers, face washes
    • Moisturizers, serums, masks, and similar skincare products
  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved or name-labelled gift boxes)

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@hagenbeauty.com within 3 days of receiving your product.
  2. Mention the following in your email:
    • Full Name and Order ID
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Attach the unboxing video and photos as mandatory

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–72 business hours. (We are closed on weekends and public holidays.)

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a verified error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Note: Please do not ship any product without prior approval. The return address will be shared by our customer support team upon acceptance of the return request.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
